This policy explains how Stone Peak Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use VOIDFIT.
VOIDFIT stores puzzle progress, best times, earned in-game shards, settings, and unlocked visual styles locally on your device. VOIDFIT does not require an account, and this local game data is not sent to us.
VOIDFIT may use Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and limited ads at completed run breaks. Ads are never shown during a puzzle. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address or approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and related device data to deliver, secure, measure, and limit ads. The exact processing depends on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google’s services.
You can review available consent controls from Store & Support inside the app. If iOS asks for tracking permission, you may decline; the game remains fully playable. VOIDFIT defaults to non-personalized, General-audience ad requests.

The optional Remove Ads upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide a transaction entitlement so the app can unlock and restore your purchase. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The initial version of VOIDFIT does not send gameplay analytics to us. If you contact support or report an ad, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, description, and screenshots. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
VOIDFIT is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising is limited to General-audience content.
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or delete the app. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. AdMob and Apple apply their own retention practices.
You can avoid optional rewarded ads, manage available privacy choices in the app, deny iOS tracking permission, remove ads through the one-time upgrade, and delete locally stored game data by deleting the app.
We may update this policy when VOIDFIT’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
